Top-of-the-line Hardware and Fixtures:
A standard Jet City home will include bathrooms with Grohe faucets and
valves, Kohler sinks, and cast-iron bathtubs with heat controls to keep the
bath water warm while you soak.
Open and Spacious: You can look forward to extra-wide hallways, 9-10 foot
ceilings, 8 foot high custom doors, and the generous use of skylights in
hallways, bathrooms, and closets. These are all Jet City "trademark" luxury

Jet City homes usually offer two top-of-the-line furnaces; two 50-gallon hot
water tanks; aluminum clad windows; and generous use of direct-vent Heat &

You'll never wait for hot water in a Jet City home! Homes are plumbed with a
re-circulating system and instant hot water, as well as filtered water.

systems with security cameras connected to your TV screen from the front
door and perimeter of home and entry gate. All homes offer central vacuum
systems including the fabulous "kick-plate" features in the kitchen to make

Luxury Flooring: Hardwood floors are made with generous, wider than usual
(3") planks, and all floors are built with a TGI Silent Floor System (that's
the design used by the same people with the elephant walking across the
floor!). Radiant heat flooring is also often used in Jet City high-end
Spec and Custom homes.
More Trademark Features ... Jet City homes are built with dramatic "coved"
lighting, under-counter lighting, wainscoting (if desired), and rock-solid
doors - - what we call "beef"! These are just a few more examples of the

An ear for Noise Reduction: Every single wall and ceiling has extra
insulation to keep the heat in, and noise to a minimum. Cast iron pipes for
the plumbing traveling from upstairs to downstairs are also used in all
homes for noise reduction.
Hooray for Hollywood: Jet City homes are pre-wired to accommodate a "Rolls
Royce" entertainment package with wiring for surround-sound speakers
throughout the home as well as Cat/5 systems. Many Jet City clients choose
to install a "real" home theatre system. Bottom line: these homes are set
up to accommodate any entertainment package you desire.
Going the Extra Mile - Even in the Garage! Plenty of elbow room here - no
posts to dent your car doors! Garages are built with steel beams and the
entire garage interior is finished with extra insulation, drywall, and paint
to match the rest of your home's interior.

landscape design. Depending on the size of the lot, homes can feature
